More information than a physical signal light
A traditional signal light shows whether something is in progress and whether it completed successfully. Sone4's Lights HMI extends these familiar, clear signals with a screen that also provides details about the current and previous activity. This makes it easy for operators to monitor normal operation and provides valuable help when something cannot be validated or has failed.
A standalone operator interface
Lights HMI can be installed on industrial Windows or Android panels and placed beside the equipment, in a control room or in both locations. It can be connected to a portal or printer and provide a clear operator interface without requiring Exact WMS® to control the workflow.
Designed to work together
The product is designed for Portals Server and Label Print and fits naturally into an Exact WMS® solution. Configuration, secure communication, language and visual identity can be managed through Exact Trace®. The result is a familiar interface that connects equipment, events and people.
