Labels as part of the flow of goods

Label Print turns printing into a controlled process activity rather than a task tied to one workstation. A system submits the label data, template and target printer. Label Print handles the job and can also control automatic application when supported by the equipment.

A standalone printing service

The product runs as a local Windows service and accepts jobs from ERP, warehouse, production and automation systems. Integration through REST APIs, OPC UA or Modbus TCP lets the host system focus on the business process while Label Print manages queues, printer communication and execution.

Closely integrated with Exact WMS®

In an Exact WMS® solution, labels can follow receipt, production, picking and dispatch without manual handovers. Portals Server can trigger printing as goods pass a control point, and Lights HMI can provide immediate status to the operator. Label Print is still a product in its own right and works with other systems and workflows.

Control while production is running

Active processes, print queues and event logs are available through the API and web interface. Operations and support teams can see what has been submitted, what is waiting and where an error occurred.

Tailored to your solution

Label Print is a standalone product, but it does not have to become an off-the-shelf delivery. Our designers and developers can combine it with Exact WMS®, existing systems, equipment and workflows to tailor a solution to your organisation’s needs.
