Bring the digital workflow all the way to the scale
Smart Scale HMI retrieves the active job from a host system and shows operators the scales, current readings and correct weighing mode on the production line. Recorded weight values are returned to the host system, which remains responsible for the subsequent process.
Two views – one continuous reception process

One interface for multiple scales
One panel can handle several scales at the same time. Larger installations can be divided between a main panel and connected subpanels, giving operators the right controls where the work happens without losing the overall view.
Designed for automatic and manual work
Automatic scales can use a fixed weighing mode, while operators performing manual weighing select the weighing mode using large, clear buttons before registration. The reception line is blocked when there is no active reception from a known supplier, and a dedicated cleaning mode can document the cleaning process using video.
Built for Exact Landing – applicable across other industries
With Exact Landing, weighing becomes a natural part of receiving wild-caught fish, from starting the line to completed documentation. Smart Scale HMI is also a general solution that can be used in other industries with similar requirements for secure, documented weighing. The host system supplies the job and processes registrations, while the HMI manages scales, cameras, digital I/O and local operation on Windows or Android.
